Cam show ideas for July 4th: rock your Independence Day themed stream
Independence Day in the US is the perfect excuse to switch things up and throw a special cam show: symbolic and fun festivity, and plenty of Americans willing to celebrate it aka lots of incoming tokens. What else can you ask for?
The 4th of July is all about food, good company, and embracing that patriotic spirit, so whatever activity you’re considering for your show, the ground rule is to decorate your room in 4th of July fashion. That is, all things red, white and blue, sparklers, US flags, themed props, and even outfits. If done right, it will be reflected in your thumbnail, inviting users to celebrate this iconic day with you.
Here are some activity ideas that you can borrow to rock your 4th of July themed show.
1. Red, white and blue crafts
There are plenty of fun crafts to do for Independence Day. In fact, you can even make up your own. As long as it involves the American flag colors, stars and stripes, it’ll pass the 4th of July vibe check.
Think anything red, white and blue like for example paper flowers, or DIY paper sparklers, handmade US wreath, patriotic pots… and these are just some examples of many. A single Google search will give you all the ideas you need for crafts to do on cam. Then engage your audience by asking them to help you choose materials, colors, etc, and you’ll have a fun and interactive Independence Day crafts show.
2. Have a jam session
Get original and switch that stereo for some vocal tones. Pull out your guitar and have a jam session with your audience, they will fore sure love it. You can get them to tip for a song request, but be sure to learn the chords of “Party in the USA” first, just in case.
3. Organize a barbecue
If you have a backyard in your house, you have the perfect chance to have a bbq with your audience. If not, you can always prepare it somewhere in the woods or camp site (thank God for mobile streaming technology!)
Burgers and hot dogs are an essential of this festivity, so you could fire up the grill and prepare some bites to eat with your members across the screen. Hot things up by telling kinky stories by the fire, or do a hot dog BJ competition.
4. Have a game night
4th of July is pointless without some good old board games. But of course, in our case we will adjust them to tipping games. Wheel spins, dice or balloon games, cards, tip raffles, and so on.
If you want to go above and beyond, you can try some patriotic games like American themed trivia, and flash something every time a user guesses right an answer.
