Stripchat Streamed VR Live in Miami!

Stripchat attended the 2019 edition of Camcon in Miami and brought the whole VR team with them on the road.

We wanted to show off our immersive technology to the Camcon attendees and exhibit how real live cam can be through the lenses of some VR goggles.

We brought in Stripchat’s Melrose_strip, current nominee for Emerging Cam Star (Woman)during Ynot Cam Awards in August, together with AKGingerSnaps, also nominated for Best Cam Couple at the Ynot Cam Awards and LanaMarsxxx.

For all the models, it was their first time ever broadcasting in VR. “It was a very amazing experience to see the cam show through the VR goggles. Even though the models were streaming from the other side of the pool, it was like being right in front of them and almost being able to touch them” said Melrose.

“The best thing we learned from the Stripchat team, was to look at the VR camera as if it was a human’s head and the two lenses the eyes. That made it so much easier to work in front of the camera and focus on being close to the members eyes and give them a great show” said AKGinerSnaps. “The other thing was to move a bit slower in front of the camera so that members wouldn’t get dizzy, as this is likely to happen while watching VR due to the fast and sudden movements” added LanaMarsxxx.

All in all, Camcon was a great experience for us and we loved the feedback and the number of models from the US that wanted to join Stripchat and also try out VR themselves.

Stripchat Party at HOFC

Stripchat also threw a party together with FanCentro at their HOFC Villa in Miami Beach area. The party was a great success and we loved being part of it.
