Update on ACH Payment Timing

We want to speak openly about something that many of you have already experienced: ACH payouts to our models are taking longer than they used to.

For a long time, most models received ACH payments within about two business days. Recently, that consistency has changed. Some payments arrive quickly, while others are delayed much longer than expected and in some cases, the waiting time keeps increasing.

We understand how stressful this is, especially when you rely on fast, predictable payouts to manage your work and your life.

First and most importantly: We hear you, and we take this seriously.

What are we doing about it?

Your trust in us to deliver your earnings quickly is extremely important. The longer and unpredictable delays we’re seeing from our payment provider are not acceptable to us, and we’re actively working with them to understand what changed and how to improve processing speed and reliability.

At the same time, we are actively improving ACH payout infrastructure by adding new routing options and onboarding additional processing partners. This work is already underway and focused on increasing payout stability and predictability.

These are complex external systems, so we can’t provide an exact fix date yet. We’ll share a progress update within one month to keep you informed.

We’re also improving how we communicate about payouts to make timing and expectations clearer.
